Nedēļas nogalē, no 21. līdz 23. decembrim “Vidzemes” ledus hallē un hokeja skolā “Rīga” norisināsies starptautisks bērnu hokeja turnīrs “LABADABA CUP”, kurā piedalīsies sešas komandas, tostarp vienības no Krievijas un Baltkrievijas.
Šogad turnīrā startēs HS “RĪGA 2008”, HK “Zibeņi”, “Kids Hockey”, Minskas “Dinamo” un Pēterburgas vienības “SKA Strelna 1” un “SKA Strelna 2”. Cīņas solās būt gana spraigas un interesantas.
Visas galvenās cīņas, tostarp turnīra atklāšana un apbalvošana norisināsies “Vidzemes” ledus hallē, Ogrē. Divas spēles ar HS “RĪGA 2008” līdzdalību tiks aizvadītas uz hokeja skolas “Rīga” ledus: piektdien pret “Kids Hockey”, sestdien pret HK “Zibeņi”.
Turnīra mērķis ir popularizēt hokeju un veselīgu dzīvesveidu, kā arī gūt vērtīgu starptautisku spēļu pieredzi sacenšoties ar komandām no Pēterburgas un Minskas.
Sadarbībā ar biedrību “LabaDaba”, turnīra dalībniekiem ir paredzēta interesanta kultūras un atpūtas programma. Ceturtdien mūsu ārzemju viesi devās vienreizējā un izzinošā piedzīvojumā uz “Rīgas Motormuzeju”. Turnīra atpūtas brīžos, sacensību dalībniekiem būs lieliska iespēja piedalīties galda hokeja turnīrā ar Edgaru Caici, kurš ir pasaules čempions šajā sporta veidā.
Ziemassvētki ir labestības laiks, biedrība “LabaDaba” turnīra laikā kopā ar sacensību dalībniekiem piedalīsies labdarības akcijā, lai iepriecinātu un palīdzētu grūtības nonākušajiem.
