Mūsu mērķis ir ne tikai popularizēt hokeju, bet arī veselīgu dzīvesveidu, kustību, draudzību un veicināt šī sporta veida attīstību Latvijā, jo tas nav tikai sports, tas ir dzīvesveids, ko izvēlas ļoti daudzi. LHL dibinātāji mīl Latviju un vēlas piedalīties valsts izaugsmes veicināšanā. Mēs ticam, ka Latvijā ir daudzi lieliski spēlētāji, tiesneši un treneri, un mēs ticam, ka ikviens var kļūt vēl labāks. Vēlamies piesaistīt Latvijas labākos profesionāļus un speciālistus, kā arī mēs labprāt atrastu katras pilsētas aktīvistus, kuri vēlas savā pilsētā attīstīt hokeju. Latvijas Hokeja Līga ir augstākā līmeņa organizācija ar vismodernākajām tehnoloģijām. LHL.lv ir pirmais hokeja portāls Latvijā, kas apvieno visas Latvijas hokeja līgas vienā vietā. Mēs piedāvājam unikālas iespējas: uzzināt aktuālākos hokeja jaunumus; apskatīt Līgas komandas spēļu kalendārus, statistiku, rezultātus, sastāvus; apskatīt spēles video ierakstus un foto atskaites; bet galvenais, kas līdz šīm brīdim nebija Latvijā, ir iespēja vērot spēļu statistiku reālā laikā. LHL rīkos reģionālos turnīrus visos līmeņos dažādās pilsētās (Liepāja, Daugavpils, Ventspils, Valmiera, Talsi, Tukums, Ogre, Brocēni, Jelgava, Rīga). Turnīru laikā tiks noskaidrota spēcīgākā komanda no katra reģiona.
Sezonas beigās notiks liels un svarīgs pasākums – tiks noskaidrotas Latvijas spēcīgākās komandas, kas sacentīsies par Latvijas čempiona titulu. Tas būs interesants un aizraujošs pasākums, ko neviens nevēlēsies palaist garām.
Lai attistītu Latvijas hokeja līmeni, LHL rīkos sarptautiskus turnīrus. Mūsu komandām būs iespēja pārbaudīt savas spējas, spēlējot ar komandām no Baltijas, Skandināvijas, Eiropas un NVS valstīm.
